Zellart Image Licence.

Copyright owner and standard credit

Unless an image is clearly credited otherwise, copyright in Zellart-owned product photography, room mockups, editorial illustrations and other original website imagery is held or controlled by Zellart Ltd.

When this licence permits online reuse, the visible credit must read: © Zellart Ltd - zellart.co.uk. The words zellart.co.uk must link to the original Zellart page where the image appears, or to https://zellart.co.uk/ when no more specific page is available.

Linked-credit permission

Zellart Ltd grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable permission to republish eligible Zellart-owned images online for factual editorial coverage, education and non-commercial commentary, provided every condition below is met. Copyright remains with Zellart Ltd and no ownership is transferred.

• Show the required credit beside the image or in its caption, with a working link back to the relevant Zellart page. Publishers may qualify the link with rel="nofollow" or another appropriate rel value under their own editorial policy.
• Use the image in context and do not imply that Zellart Ltd endorses the publisher, product, service, political position or organisation using it.
• Only resize, compress or crop the image as reasonably necessary for the publication. Do not materially alter the artwork, remove marks or create misleading edits.
• Do not sell the image, print it on products, offer it as a download, redistribute it as a standalone asset, mint it as an NFT, or include it in an image library, dataset or AI-training collection.
• Do not use the image in paid advertising, product packaging, broadcast, print circulation or another commercial campaign without written permission.

Images not covered automatically

This permission applies only where Zellart Ltd owns or controls the necessary rights. It does not override a separate credit, licence or rights notice shown for an image, and it does not grant rights in third-party artworks, archive material, trademarks, people, buildings or other protected content depicted within an image.

The Zellart name and logo may be reproduced only when needed to identify Zellart accurately in factual editorial coverage or to link to the Zellart website. They must not be altered or used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or partnership.

Request a broader licence

For commercial, print, broadcast, advertising, product, exhibition, high-resolution or other use outside the linked-credit permission, email [email protected] before using the image.

Include the exact Zellart page or image URL, the intended use, publication or company name, format, audience, territory, duration and requested image size. Permission is valid only when Zellart Ltd confirms the agreed use in writing.

Licence version and contact

This is version 1.0 of the Zellart Image Licence, published 11 July 2026. Zellart Ltd may update these terms for future uses. A use already approved in writing remains governed by the written approval supplied for that use.
