How ZELLART LTD collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you browse, order, subscribe or contact us.

Privacy and data-rights requests can be sent to [email protected]. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or identity documents unless Zellart specifically asks for information needed to verify a request.

Zellart does not sell personal information. We share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that support payment processing, printing and fulfilment, delivery, hosting, security, email, customer support, analytics or advertising where you have consented.
Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, courts, law enforcement or another party where required by law, needed to protect legal rights, or connected with a legitimate business reorganisation.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, Zellart relies on an adequacy regulation or approved contractual and organisational safeguards supplied by the relevant provider.
Zellart keeps personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Order and transaction records may need to be retained for up to six years or longer where a legal claim or statutory requirement applies.
Marketing consent remains in effect until it is withdrawn. A minimal suppression record may then be retained so that an opt-out is respected. Support, technical and security records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer reasonably required.
Essential storage supports core site and security functions. Optional analytics and advertising storage is used only after a visitor has made the relevant consent choice. You can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time.
Email marketing is optional. Every marketing email should include a working unsubscribe route, and you may also contact [email protected] to object to direct marketing.
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, UK data-protection law may give you rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing and challenge certain solely automated decisions. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. Other rights are not always absolute and may be limited by legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements. See the UK GDPR and data rights page for the request process.
Send privacy questions or rights requests to [email protected]. Zellart may ask for proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing personal data and will normally respond within one calendar month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/. We would appreciate the opportunity to address the issue first.
