Please contact Zellart support before returning a canvas print so the return can be matched to the order and sent to the correct address. Include the order number and the product you want to return. A consumer exercising a statutory cancellation right does not need to give a reason; a clear statement that the contract is being cancelled is sufficient.
Support will provide return instructions and a return reference. Sending an item without those instructions may delay identification and processing, but it does not invalidate a cancellation that was validly exercised within the statutory period.
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service because Zellart cannot process a return that does not arrive.
Where a UK consumer validly cancels an eligible distance-sale contract, Zellart refunds the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered for the order. Any extra amount paid for premium delivery is not required to be refunded. Return postage is not normally refunded for a change of mind if the customer was told in advance that they must bear it.
Reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled by Zellart where required by law or agreed in the return instructions.
For a valid statutory cancellation, Zellart issues the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Zellart may withhold the refund until one of those events occurs. Voluntary 90-day returns are reviewed after the item is received and inspected.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
A statutory cancellation refund may be reduced only where the law permits, including for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed when examining the item in a shop. Separate, clearly stated conditions can apply to the additional voluntary return period.
If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact support as soon as possible. Include your order number, clear photos of the packaging, clear photos of the artwork and a short description of the issue.
After review, support will explain whether a replacement, exchange, refund or another solution is available. Replacement timing depends on production and delivery availability.
Send cancellation requests as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been dispatched, Zellart may be unable to stop delivery, but this does not remove any statutory right to cancel an eligible distance-sale contract after delivery.
For most eligible online goods, a UK consumer can notify Zellart of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then has a further 14 days to return the goods. The Zellart 90-day return policy provides additional time for eligible items; it does not replace statutory rights.
The statutory change-of-mind right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. A standard catalogue canvas is not described as personalised merely because it is produced after an order is placed. Any relevant custom-item exception should be identified before purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Different remedies and time limits apply when goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
To cancel an eligible order, email [email protected] with the subject “Order cancellation”. State: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods”, then include the product, order number, order date, delivery date, your name, your address and the date of the notice. You may use another clear statement instead; this wording is provided for convenience.
