The terms that apply when you browse zellart.co.uk, place an order, submit custom material or use Zellart content.
These terms apply to the use of zellart.co.uk and purchases from ZELLART LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15669562, with registered office at 18 Broad Street, Staple Hill, Bristol, England, BS16 5NX. Contact [email protected] with order or legal questions.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
Zellart takes reasonable care to describe products, dimensions, materials, formats and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting and production tolerances can cause small differences in colour, crop, texture or scale. Any material variation or substitution will be handled consistently with applicable consumer law.
Room images and mockups illustrate presentation and approximate scale. Check the product dimensions and selected variant before ordering.
An order is an offer to buy the items shown at checkout. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer; a contract is formed when Zellart accepts the order by sending a dispatch confirmation, unless acceptance is stated earlier in writing.
Zellart may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not available, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any amount already taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable UK VAT where required, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before the order is placed.
Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout. Zellart receives payment status and transaction references but does not need to store full card details. A payment provider may perform its own security and fraud checks.
Some artwork is prepared after checkout. Estimated production and delivery periods are estimates unless a specific date is expressly agreed. Zellart will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed, within the period required by applicable law.
Risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the consumer or a person identified by them. Contact support promptly if a parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
For most eligible online goods, a UK consumer may cancel within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason and then return the goods within a further 14 days. Genuine personalised or made-to-specification goods may be excluded. A standard catalogue canvas is not treated as personalised solely because it is produced after an order is placed.
Zellart's voluntary 90-day return policy may provide additional time and conditions for eligible items. It does not reduce statutory cancellation or fault remedies. Read the Returns, refunds, and cancellation policy for the process, return-cost rules and any applicable exception.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
If Zellart offers a custom or photo-to-canvas service, the customer must own the submitted material or have all permissions needed for Zellart to reproduce it. The customer must not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading material.
The customer grants Zellart and its production providers a limited permission to use submitted material only as reasonably needed to review, produce, fulfil and support the order. Zellart may refuse material that appears unlawful or likely to infringe another person's rights.
The Zellart site, branding, copy, layouts and Zellart-owned imagery are protected by intellectual-property law. No ownership transfers merely because content is viewed or a physical print is purchased.
Do not scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, bypass security, misuse accounts, upload malicious code, make fraudulent orders, or reproduce Zellart-owned content beyond an applicable licence or written permission. Separate reuse terms for eligible site imagery appear on the Image licensing page.
Zellart is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaching these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Zellart is not responsible for a loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control where the law allows this limitation.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Privacy policy explains how ZELLART LTD uses personal information and the UK GDPR page explains individual rights. The Cookie policy describes essential and optional browser storage and how to reopen Cookie preferences.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer who lives elsewhere in the UK retains any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
Zellart may update these terms for future visits and orders. The terms displayed when an order is placed govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer. Last updated: 18 July 2026.
Questions or complaints can be sent to [email protected]. Please include the order number where relevant.
