Canvas prints are prepared after checkout. Processing time can vary by product, size, order volume and destination.
A confirmation email is sent after checkout. If it does not arrive, check the spam folder or contact support for help.
If an order detail needs to change, contact support immediately. Once a parcel is on its way, changes may not be possible.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed with the customer, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is formed, as required for eligible UK consumer orders.
For a consumer order, risk normally passes when the parcel is delivered to the customer or a person identified by them. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it cannot be found, contact support promptly so Zellart can review the carrier information.
If an event outside reasonable control delays production or delivery, Zellart will provide an update when reasonably possible. This does not remove cancellation, refund or delivery rights that apply under consumer law.
If an order is sent outside the UK, customs duties or import fees may apply. Those charges are set by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
