Artwork DNA
OpenHideA surreal collage shows an upside-down teal figure with a large watchful eye motif, set within layered brown, purple and tan shapes.
The artwork centres on a stylised, human-like figure painted in muted teal, positioned as if upside down and standing on a small stone-like platform. Around the head and upper body, layered circular and oval forms in brown, plum and grey create a collage effect, with carved-looking texture lines. A prominent oversized eye-like shape appears near the figure, featuring a dark inner opening and pale highlights. Beneath the figure, blocky stone steps lead into the lower edge of the composition, while a smaller red eye appears in the torso area. The overall contrast is medium-high, with a moody, contained palette and a slightly textured, printed-looking surface.
